The farm holiday “Casa Conti di Sotto” is constituted by three rural houses, “Villa Mirto”, “Villa la Sugherella”, and “Villino il Corbezzolo”, and by two villas located in the new vip area, “Villa Gelsomino” and “Villa Biancospino”, each provided with solarium and private heated hydromassage.
Four private independent houses are also included in the complex: “Villa Giulia”, “Villa Mimosa”, “Villa Ginestra”, and “Villa Rosmarino”.
The area is cultivated with olive trees, vineyards and chestnut trees, all rigorously biological, and it is also possible to taste vine, oil, and farming products.
The rural house is provided with two swimming pools, a big one and a smaller one heated for children, sauna, hydromassage, kneipp path, reading room, and an equipped playground which is at the disposal of guests of all ages. Horse farm, pond for sport fishing, and golf course are situated in the nearby area. Sea lovers can reach the equipped beaches of Follonica, the “Cala Violina” and “Punta Ala” nature reserves and the uncontaminated cliff coves in a few minutes.
Every house is provided with all the comforts, including wi-fi, air conditioning, autonomous heating, chimney, satellite TV, mosquito nets, dishwasher, hairdryer.
The personnel always stays at the rural house.
